About Our Ballantyne Team

We're a Ballantyne-based air duct, dryer vent and HVAC cleaning company built on one uncomplicated idea: do the cleaning right, price it honestly, and never sell anything you don't need. That's it. We don't install furnaces, replace ductwork, or push maintenance memberships. We clean.

Most "duct cleaners" are HVAC repair shops that also clean. That means every visit is a potential sales lead for a $6,000 system replacement. We took the opposite path — no repair arm, no installation arm — so our estimates are simple and our recommendations honest. If we spot a real HVAC problem during a cleaning, we tell you and refer you to a trusted local contractor. That's the whole business model.

Local, licensed, and here for the long haul

Our base of operations is at 15720 Brixham Hill Ave #300 in Ballantyne, right in the middle of the neighborhoods we serve most: Ballantyne Country Club, Ardrey, Piper Glen, Providence, Blakeney and Ballantyne West. We're licensed and insured in North Carolina and South Carolina, so our routes extend from Huntersville down to Rock Hill and everywhere in between.

Our standards

Every job — residential or commercial — follows NADCA source-removal standards. Truck-mounted negative-air machines. Rotary agitation. HEPA extraction. HD before-and-after photo documentation of every register. EPA-registered, low-VOC sanitizers on all residential work so kids and pets can stay in the home while we work.
